Job Responsibility:
Lead safety performance and embed a proactive safety culture across the Electrical Infrastructure function
Oversee electrical infrastructure maintenance, spares management, condition monitoring, life extension and replacement planning
Manage instrumentation, control systems, and local IT and communication networks
Deliver effective maintenance scheduling, project execution and asset management practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure realisation of measurable operational benefits
Ensure full compliance with statutory, environmental and electrical licence obligations
Manage financial performance, cost control and budgeting for the Electrical Infrastructure function
Lead and develop a capable, high-performing team focused on safe and efficient delivery
Requirements:
Trade or Degree qualification
Electrical contractor’s licence
High Voltage Switching qualification
Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical infrastructure management, ideally in mining or minerals processing
Strong knowledge of asset maintenance systems, processes, and financial management principles
Demonstrated understanding of minerals processing systems and interdependencies
Proven experience in risk, safety, and compliance management
Demonstrated leadership in developing people and building high-performance teams
