Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.
Job Responsibility
Acting under the direction and on behalf of the Site Manager
Supervise contractors in the field
Leads site team and manages execution of the project scope of work
Ensures schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations
Serves as best practice/quality resource
Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering

Requirements
High school diploma / GED equivalency with at least 6 years of experience in an electrical discipline
Minimum of 3 years experience in the substation construction, site installation and commissioning with deep understanding of electrical design
Heavy Domestic Travel (up to 90%)
legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
EE98 Electrical License for New Mexico
Site Safety experience, OSHA
Strong oral and written communication skills
