Job Responsibility
Ensuring availability and reliability of Electrical installations on our vessels and equipment
Advice fleet management regarding electrical systems on our vessels and equipment
Support the crew for electrical issue's on board
Preparation of dockings and repairs on electrical equipment in close cooperation with fleet management
Coaching and training - on - the - job of Ship's Electricians
Contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance, and long-term maintenance and or replacement of Electrical system
Advise on technical proposals from suppliers
Contributing to E&I projects for repairs and modification
Requirements
Technical and operational knowledge of assigned equipment
Higher Professional Education (Bachelor): Electronics / Instrumentation or equivalent
Knowledge of the applicable Occupational Health & Safety rules and classification and flag state certificates
Basic skills in ICT Office and fleet management systems
Experience: 5 - 8 years relevant experience in a maritime environment
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel on a regular basis
