Job Description

Contributing to one of a kind projects; Not your average 9-to-5; Plenty of room for personal development

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring availability and reliability of Electrical installations on our vessels and equipment
  • Advice fleet management regarding electrical systems on our vessels and equipment
  • Support the crew for electrical issue's on board
  • Preparation of dockings and repairs on electrical equipment in close cooperation with fleet management
  • Coaching and training - on - the - job of Ship's Electricians
  • Contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance, and long-term maintenance and or replacement of Electrical system
  • Advise on technical proposals from suppliers
  • Contributing to E&I projects for repairs and modification

Requirements

  • Technical and operational knowledge of assigned equipment
  • Higher Professional Education (Bachelor): Electronics / Instrumentation or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the applicable Occupational Health & Safety rules and classification and flag state certificates
  • Basic skills in ICT Office and fleet management systems
  • Experience: 5 - 8 years relevant experience in a maritime environment
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis
