Job Description

Mint Selection is supporting renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects and is seeking experienced Electrical Site Managers for upcoming contract opportunities. These positions will support the delivery of electrical installation works across renewable energy projects including substations, BESS, solar PV, and grid connection infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage electrical installation activities across renewable energy systems
  • Oversee HV/LV cabling, substations, inverters, and grid connection works
  • Supervise subcontractors and electrical teams to ensure safe and compliant delivery
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and energisation activities
  • Ensure compliance with grid codes, engineering standards, and HSE requirements
  • Support project reporting and programme delivery milestones

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing electrical installation works on renewable energy or infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of substations, HV/LV systems, and grid connection works
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and site management practices
  • Experience working with contractors, DNOs, and project stakeholders
  • Relevant electrical qualifications or certifications preferred
