Job Description

Electrical Site Engineer position with M Renewables team in Italy, part of subsidiary METKA EGN, focusing on solar park construction and electrical systems implementation

Job Responsibility

  • Pre-condition site surveys
  • Initial site setup and establishment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members
  • Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor
  • Supervise subcontractors schedule and works
  • Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractors
  • Assist the team with the construction flow and timetable

Requirements

  • BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards
  • Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Knowledge of AUTOCAD
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • MSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
  • Proven track record (2-5 years) in the construction of solar parks
