Requirements

BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering
MSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is considered an advantage
In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards
Proven track record (2-5 years) in the construction of solar parks is considered an advantage
Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential
Fluency in English and Italian is essential
Knowledge of AUTOCAD
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility

Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members

Previous experience in the connection of renewables projects (solar, wind & batteries) is considered an advantage

Preferably experienced in Power Plant construction, HV substations and HV lines
Excellent command of the English and Bulgarian Languages
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
Advanced use of AutoCAD software
Flexibility to relocate to the project site

Job Responsibility

Study and understanding project designs, crosscheck for errors, and report to the Construction Manager
Follow-up of the connection process with the local authorities
Report daily and weekly progress and materials to the Construction Manager
Monitor construction material stock
Supervise and support subcontractor activities to ensure that the design compliance in accordance with the Bulgarian Laws and procedures
Enforce subcontractors' quality controls and implement the project's quality control program
Oversee subcontractors' installation work quality and precision to the design
General supervision of Grid Connection Works, construction of HV Substations and construction of HV lines and coordination with Construction Manager, Site Engineers, and other stakeholders
Support the implementation of the relevant HV procedures

Check the documentation (daily reports and progress reports) generated by the subcontractor

Provide the information to the site electrical manager about the readiness of erection of each electrical systems and participate to the walkdown
Check the delivered equipment, the installed quantities and inform accordingly the possibility of any lack of material
