Job Responsibility

  • Lead by Example: Act as the shift technical expert, managing a small team of shift engineers and ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance are completed to strict SLAs
  • Maintain Excellence: Oversee the operation of critical and landlord assets, including lighting, power, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear
  • Safety & Compliance: Act as an Authorised Person (AP) or work towards it, issuing permits to work and managing specialist sub-contractors on site
  • Client Relations: Serve as the face of the engineering team on-shift, interacting professionally with high-profile corporate clients and stakeholders
  • Incident Management: Swiftly respond to and resolve critical plant failures, ensuring zero downtime for the business
