The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Hydrofloty machines, including paint sludge separators and other environmental equipment. The role requires providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of the equipment at client sites.
Job Responsibility
Install, commission, and test Automatic Paint Sludge Removal Systems (Hydrofloty), Solvent Recovery Systems, Centrifuges, Oil Separators, etc. at customer locations
Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve equipment malfunctions
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Train customer personnel on equipment operation, safety, and maintenance procedures
Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients
Maintain accurate service records and generate service reports
Coordinate with the design and production teams for feedback and continuous product improvement
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years' experience in servicing industrial machinery, preferably in environmental equipment
Experience with industrial filtration systems, paint shop systems or sludge management equipment
Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical controls
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics
