Job Description:

A growing West London-based contractor is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical installation projects across the region. Specialising in both new-build and refurbishment schemes, this firm delivers projects in sectors such as retail, residential, and commercial. The Electrical Project Manager will join a hands-on team delivering high-spec electrical works with values typically between £500k-£3m. With a reputation for quality and repeat business, this role suits an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a technical background and a proactive approach.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing on-site delivery
Managing subcontractors
Ensuring health and safety compliance
Liaising with clients
Handling procurement
Managing progress reports
Ensuring timely project completion
Working closely with engineers and site teams

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
SMSTS or SSSTS qualification preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing electrical projects
Experience working on commercial/residential projects
Good communication and planning skills
Full UK driving licence

Nice to have:

SMSTS or SSSTS qualification preferred
