Job Description : – Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) for potential subcontractors. – follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of quotations. – Evaluate quotations based on technical specifications and financial criteria. – Prepare technical and financial comparison reports for reviewing from Section Head. – Draft material submittal documents for review and approval. – Track and follow up on the status of material submittal approvals. – Draft contracts in accordance with project requirements and company standards. – Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors. – Ensure all contractual documents are complete, accurate, and legally compliant.
