We have an exciting opportunity for Electrical Operations Supervisor to join our team covering West London and the surrounding area. You'll oversee the delivery of all electrical works across Abri’s housing stock, overseeing safe working practices, technical standards, and quality of work to ensure that all properties are compliant, certificated and are maintained to the Abri standard. Having knowledge and experience in Electrical vehicle charging, Solar panel and Photovoltaic (PV) are advantageous since you'll lead and motivate a team of electrical professionals, monitoring performance and productivity whilst making sure appropriate training, support and qualifications are maintained. Excellent customer services are very important as well as collaborating with key stakeholders to make sure customer resolution is timely and effective. To manage and oversee the delivery of electrical installations, responsive repairs and planned works which includes but is not limited to inspection & testing, complete electrical works, heating installations and full property rewires. Striving to achieve first-time fix and remain within budget constraints. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and their safety is our priority so you’ll ensure our electrical works are compliant and exceeds the regulatory standards. It's essential you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, with the flexibility to travel efficiently between customers homes.
