Requirements

  • Ensure 100% compliance with standards, certification, evidence capture and internal/client governance requirements
  • Implement quality controls, manage rework, and maintain audit readiness at all times
  • Manage and motivate supervisors/engineers, setting clear expectations on productivity, quality, safety and customer behaviour
  • Oversee no access and letter procedures, driving effective resident communication and completion rates
  • Monitor performance (KPIs/SLA), analyse trends, and take corrective action to improve outcomes (e.g., first-time fix, appointment kept rate)
  • Act as the main operational link for client stakeholders: attend contract meetings, provide updates, and deliver action plans
  • Handle escalations and complaints, ensuring strong service recovery and consistently high customer experience
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and probation management, working closely with HR on people matters when required
