Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, preferably in data centre or critical infrastructure projects
Experience in developing and implementing detailed construction plans for electrical systems, including high-voltage distribution, ICT infrastructure, fibre optics and cabling
Experience in overseeing day-to-day electrical installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and electrical codes/regulations
Deep understanding of high-voltage electrical systems, ICT architecture, fibre optic networks and electrical compliance standards
Expertise in the commissioning and testing of electrical systems
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in construction management software and tools

Job Responsibility

Manage and supervise construction activities across multiple data centre sites within Norway
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to senior management
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
Resolve construction-related issues and escalate when necessary
Support procurement and logistics planning for construction materials and equipment
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all construction activities
