Maintenance Electrician | Fenchurch Street | £43,000 + Package. Are you a Level 3 Qualified Electrician looking for the stability of a static site in the heart of the City? We are looking for a skilled sparky to join our engineering team based at a high-profile site near Fenchurch Street. If you're tired of the 'van life' and want a consistent commute to a premium location with guaranteed earning potential, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial estate
  • Lighting installs and power distribution
  • Emergency light testing and fault finding

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification: Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition: Up-to-date wiring regulations
  • Experience: A solid background in commercial maintenance or installation
  • Reliability: Since this is a static role, we need someone punctual with a professional 'can-do' attitude for our clients
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
