• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems
• Following of FSG20
• Troubleshoot and fix lighting (emergency, LED, control systems), power distribution, and switchgear
• Monitor and maintain BMS (Building Management Systems)
• Assist with minor mechanical tasks and general building fabric repairs when required
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
