Job Description:

A leading player in the FM industry is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering 3 large commercial properties based across Luton and North London. The role involves working Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance
  • Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Electrical building equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Commercial Lighting, Switches, Sockets, Fuse Boards
  • General maintenance duties as and when required - lamp changes, filter changes, bulbs etc

Requirements:

  • Electrical C&G's or NVQ Level 2/3
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn more skills and grow within the company into senior roles

Nice to have:

17th or 18th Edition

  • Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
