Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution
• Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning
• Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks
• Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed
• Maintain and update site logbooks regularly.
