Job Description:

Are you an experienced, fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge? Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Static site - Central London.

Job Responsibility:

  • PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues on site
  • Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems
  • HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, and motors
  • Flushing
  • Fault-finding, diagnosis, and repairs
  • Dealing with contractors

Requirements:

  • Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
  • 18th edition wiring regulations
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK

  • Follow good engineering standards and good hygiene practice for the department
  • Ensure all activities are carried out within company and legislative health and safety guidelines, highlighting possible areas of improvement to the Engineering Shift Manager / Principal Engineer
  • Mentor to Level 1 to 3 Maintenance Engineers as well as Apprentices
  • Timely reporting of any Health and Safety, Animal Welfare and Environmental Issues
  • Follow the communicated escalation route for unscheduled plant downtime and minimise downtime by following a good engineering practice
