We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson to join our dedicated team at a high-profile building in the heart of Westminster. This is a stable, permanent role designed for a proactive professional who takes pride in maintaining critical infrastructure to the highest standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Executing a wide range of electrical and mechanical building service tasks
  • Compliance & Safety: Working in strict accordance with statutory legislation and safety standards
  • Contractor Management: Overseeing specialist sub-contractors to ensure quality of delivery
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate paperwork, recording material requirements, and logging recommendations
  • Team Support: Providing cover for other technicians across various buildings and participating in the emergency call-out rota

Requirements:

  • A recognised Electrical trade apprenticeship and/or Level 3 Electrical qualification (theory and practice)
  • Candidates must be eligible for security clearance (requires 5 years' UK residency and a British or EU passport)
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
