Farbman Group is currently seeking a full time Electrical Lead to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. We’re hiring a Licensed Electrical Lead. We have a new, fast‑growing electrical company specializing in construction projects and service repairs, and we’re looking for a licensed Electrical Lead to help build our team and set the standard for quality and safety.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a small crew on construction and repair projects (residential and light commercial)
  • Plan, install, and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, lighting, and controls to meet code
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard while coordinating with GCs and other trades

Requirements

  • Active Michigan journeyman or master electrician license
  • Strong experience in construction and service work (repairs, remodels, tenant build‑outs)
