Job Responsibility:

Teaching, training and assessing learners in Electrical Installations (Level 2 and above)
Delivering to serving Cat D prisoners released on temporary licence from Standford Hill Prison
Helping learners develop real-world, industry-ready skills
Planning and delivering engaging, hands-on lessons
Inspiring learners with trade experience, stories, and know-how

Requirements:

Organised and creative
Able to plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons from Level 1 to Level 2
Confident in assessing, tracking and planning interventions
Able to maintain positive classroom management and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Nice to have:

Experience of teaching or delivering training in the workplace
