Electrical Installation Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities at project sites
• Lead, train, and mentor electricians and apprentices
• Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Track milestones and prepare progress reports
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct inspections and testing of solar streetlighting systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, inspections, and repairs
• Promote and enforce safe work practices on all job sites
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Report hazards, incidents, and near-misses per company policy

• Valid Florida Electrical Contractors (EC) or Electrical Specialty Contractors (ES) License
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of electrical installation experience, including supervisory experience
• Proficiency in reading/interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Williness to travel to job sites across Florida and the U.S.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
