Job Responsibility

  • Lead a team of 3-15 people
  • Work in the field "on tools" when needed
  • Manage projects
  • Communicate needs
  • Uphold safety standards
  • Maintain budgets
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Leadership - lead and motivate with positive influence
  • Project Execution - ensure resources are effectively utilized for cost, schedule and productivity
  • Safety - set safety tone through active participation in behavior based safety program
  • Communication - build productive relationships with onsite client representatives and allied trades
  • Coaching/Mentoring - develop others
  • Planning and Layout - understand project plan and work the plan
  • Knowledge - have overall electrical and construction knowledge

Requirements

  • Desire and experience being on-site industrial electrical projects
  • Must have some experience leading a crew
  • Desire to be part of building a team and a culture
  • Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician's license (or equivalent-masters)
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be OK to work in the field "on tools" when needed
