Job Description:

Seeking an Electrical Foreman with experience in multi-family construction projects. Our client is a leading company in the electrical construction industry focused on delivering high-quality service for commercial and multi-family projects.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee personnel administration, including managing daily timesheets, performance reviews, and attendance
Direct and supervise field staff to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules
Maintain and implement the established Safety Plan throughout the project lifecycle
Manage site administration tasks, including work documentation, subcontractor management, and workforce productivity
Conduct weekly safety and job site meetings to communicate important information to field staff and subcontractors

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising commercial or multi-family electrical construction projects
Proven experience leading crews of up to 15 personnel
Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code
Must be able to pass a background check

Nice to have:

Journeyman or Master Electrical License preferred
OSHA 30 certification a plus
Bilingual capabilities
U.S. citizenship are advantageous
