Monitors and identifies market trends and makes product recommendations for the region; ensure development of electrical components specifically required for the NAR market by creating specifications, work with Purchasing to identify potential suppliers, develop the feature with the selected supplier, and ensure the end product meets the specifications and market requirements; lead product optimization for all electrical potential (including control modules, switches, wire harness, energy components) by working directly with other areas of the organization (Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.) to identify, evaluate, and implement potential ideas; provide guidance, advice, feedback and support to the team members with less experience.
