Job Responsibility:
Producing both concept and detailed designs aligned with client needs
Using problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions
Collaborating on large, multidisciplinary projects to deliver fully coordinated outcomes
Applying Safe Design principles to daily tasks
Ensuring quality of output for engineering design deliverables
Mentoring junior engineers
Providing design support across various areas, including LV and MV power distribution or industrial processes and instrumentation
Requirements:
A relevant electrical engineering qualification and eligibility for Chartered status with Engineers Australia or demonstrated effort in working towards this
Detailed electrical design experience, with some design management experience preferred
Experience in one or more of the following: medium/high voltage, low voltage, instrumentation, control systems, or process
Knowledge of engineering design software such as ETAP, PowerCad, CDEGS, etc. is preferred
