Job Description

Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of site electrical and facility systems by managing maintenance activities, monitoring environmental conditions, and supporting facility upgrades. The role involves maintaining critical infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, and adhering to safety standards to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate and maintain electrical systems including UPS, batteries, generators, and panels
  • Monitor HVAC systems and maintain proper environmental conditions
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure site uptime
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support
  • Assist in facility upgrades and project execution
  • Follow SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • 2–4 years relevant experience (telecom/data center preferred)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Good knowledge of DCIM, electrical power systems and facility operations as well as Microsoft Excel, Visio and AutoCAD.
