Job Responsibility

Develop and maintain verification and validation plans (DVP&R) for IMUs, angle sensors, and related components
Translate product requirements and design risks into structured, risk-based validation strategies and test coverage
Ensure validation coverage addresses performance, functional behavior, environmental robustness, durability, and reliability requirements
Lead the application of FMEA outputs into validation planning, ensuring all identified risks are mapped to appropriate verification and validation activities with defined acceptance criteria
Plan and coordinate validation activities across multiple venues, including: Simulation / virtual testing, Bench and lab testing, Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), Environmental testing, Machine-level testing, Field/Application testing
Coordinate internal resources and external test facilities as needed
Ensure test readiness, proper execution, and adherence to defined procedures and acceptance criteria
Review and analyze validation results to ensure completeness, technical correctness, and traceability
Provide clear technical feedback and recommendations to design and development teams based on validation evidence
Ensure validation results are documented, traceable, and properly archived

Engineering degree or equivalent including power systems and power electronics subjects or proven equivalent knowledge and experience in HVDC business
Successfully completed vocational training with ideally at least 5+ years of proven experience in the position of Verification Engineer in High Voltage field, preferably experience as a Control & Protection design Engineer
Good knowledge of overall 400kV substation, HVDC system (LCC/VSC/SVC) including control and protection system is essential
Knowledge and experience of developing and working with RSCAD models is preferred
