Job Responsibility

Oversee the technical execution of solar PV and BESS projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
Review and validate engineering designs, ensuring compliance with grid connection, permitting, and regulatory requirements
Act as the main technical point of contact for EPCs, contractors, and suppliers during project delivery
Monitor site activities and support construction teams in resolving technical issues
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards
Support technical due diligence and contribute to continuous improvement across the project portfolio

Identify issues on projects and collaborate with the client, co-workers, and others to execute effective solutions
Interact with team members, clients, vendors, installation contractors, and others to create efficient and cohesive designs
Generate Single Line Diagrams under the supervision of Sr. Design Engineers
Complete electrical calculations under the supervision of Sr. Design Engineers
Report the status of progress on each project to Managers on a weekly or daily basis as needed
