Job Description:

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer III (E3) to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated Senior Engineer with 6+ years of experience, preferably licensed as a PE. You will assume lead design and project management on complex projects and serve as a mentor to junior engineers. You will also play a key role in quality assurance, client coordination, and technical leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead design and documentation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and life safety
  • Perform complex design calculations and QA/QC reviews
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, construction site visits, and coordination sessions
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend client/site meetings
  • Guide junior engineers and support project delivery
  • Utilize REVIT, Design Master, and Bluebeam for design and documentation
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
  • Track project progress using Ajera and internal projection tools
  • Support department standards development and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical design
  • PE license preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in REVIT, Design Master, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ComCheck and applicable building codes and standards
