Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services. We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with EPC experience in the metals and minerals industry to support electrical system design, layout, and commissioning of large-scale industrial facilities. The role requires collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient electrical solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop power distribution, lighting, fire detection, and backup systems for industrial facilities
  • Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, cable schedules, and specifications
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation and compliance with design and safety standards
  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during fabrication, installation, and commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, IEEE, OSHA, and local codes
  • Recommend and implement energy-efficient and sustainable electrical designs
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, and mechanical teams to integrate electrical systems into overall plant design

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • 7+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, including EPC projects in metals/mining/heavy industry
  • Proficiency in ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP, or equivalent software
  • Solid knowledge of electrical codes and industrial safety standards
  • Experience with 3-phase power distribution, substations, motors, and instrumentation systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for our company without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
