  • Reports to the RE&I S Programmes Principal Building Services Engineer
  • Assist or lead the preparation of a range of documents and concept design solutions for projects in support of land, sea, and air operations, personnel training, and production & maintenance facilities throughout the UK and Middle East
  • Work as part of a high performing team to deliver construction / FM projects to ensure the correct Engineering support is applied through the project lifecycle
  • Management and oversight of external design consultants/ specialists as appropriate, inspection of construction works and undertaking surveys of existing infrastructure, writing of technical reports/ papers and presenting findings to others
  • Provide technical input to multidisciplinary project teams and manage own workload with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines
  • Prepare concept designs and options studies that will form the basis of further development work
  • Produce technical specifications and prepare detailed layouts and site plans using appropriate word processing and REVIT software
  • Participate in design reviews as required and attend engineering and project meetings: manage actions arising as required
