Job Responsibility
Design and develop analog/digital circuits for microcontroller-based smart drug delivery systems, ensuring high performance and reliability in life-critical applications
Translate user needs into electrical requirements, specifications, and system architectures with clear documentation
Integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software components, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with regulatory standards
Define and support verification and validation testing, including development of test methods, protocols, and performance assessments
Troubleshoot electrical issues, manage design deliverables and timelines, and communicate progress, risks, and results effectively
Perform circuit analysis and simulation (LTSpice/PSpice) to evaluate performance, environmental effects, and timing interfaces
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering or related engineering field required. 1+ years related experience preferred
Knowledge in design of embedded microcontroller-based electronics devices, including FPGA-based, digital and analog design
Knowledge and experience using eCAD systems for printed circuit board schematic design and layout (Altium Designer, preferred), circuit analysis tools (LTSpice and Pspice), and data acquisition software (LabVIEW)
Specific experience in design and development of sensing subsystems highly desirable
