Job Responsibility:
Define electrical harnesses in a DMU (Digital Mock-Up) environment to ensure the safety and reliability of our helicopters
Analysis and flattening of installation definition documents (IDD/IP)
Creation of the harness concept based on the systems to be integrated into the machine
Creation of the electrical definition of harnesses and their contents
Calculation and analysis of voltage drops and proposal of improvements
Use schematic tools for the creation and control of wiring diagrams
Use definition tools (SEE) that provide the production with the necessary data for the manufacturing of electrical harnesses
Performing an impact analysis in case of modification
Interfacing with other activities within the design office
Customer support (workshop and assembly line)
Requirements:
Knowledge of helicopters and embedded systems
Knowledge of harness drawing and design rules
