Job Responsibility
Lead a team of 3-15 people
Work in the field on tools when needed
Be on-site working closely with crew, managing projects
Communicate needs and uphold safety standards
Maintain budgets and build relationships with clients
Consistently lead and motivate with positive influence
Ensure all resources are being effectively utilized to execute the project successfully
Have overall responsibility and dedication to keep the project and crews safe
Build productive relationships with onsite client representatives and allied trades
Coach and mentor others to achieve their full potential
Understand the project plan and work the plan for project success
Possess overall electrical and construction knowledge
Requirements
Desire and experience being on-site industrial electrical projects
Must have some experience leading a crew
Desire to be part of building a team and a culture
Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician's license (or equivalent)
Must be permanently located in/around the office location or be willing to permanently relocate
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
