Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join our M-Renewables team at one of our solar parks in Neo Syrakio. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations and electrical activities on-site. You will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your role will require close coordination with stakeholders, supervision of construction activities, and providing technical support throughout the project's lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and maintain quality control
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, schedules, and safety records
  • Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members on-site

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or site management role in construction (experience in solar projects is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to oversee multiple tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards
