Job Responsibility:
Managing construction projects for Vodafone properties (Data Centers & Office Buildings)
Initiating project studies and budget estimations to create successful business cases
Developing concept and detailed electrical designs for new projects and managing consultants if required
Overseeing on-site electrical construction works to ensure compliance with Vodafone standards and requirements
Managing total project budget (CAPEX) and cash flow
Coordinating with vendors and contractors to fulfill assigned responsibilities
Supporting departmental savings initiatives
Supervising all site Health & Safety activities, documentation, and plans in coordination with the H&S team to ensure zero incidents
Collaborating with the Supply Chain team during tenders to assign and award vendors
Managing project milestones based on the time schedule, tracking critical paths, and applying crash timelines when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction projects, preferably in data centers, power generation, and office buildings, critical facilities infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems (design & construction) used in data centers, including UPS systems, generators, switchgear, power distribution, and grounding systems
Familiarity with Mechanical interfaces such as cooling systems and HVAC integration
Excellent knowledge of using AutoCAD and Electrical design tools
