Job Description:

As an Electrical Construction Manager at Metlen, you will be responsible for collaborating and delivering construction projects on time, safely, and aligned with project plans. The role involves managing subcontractors, liaising with construction teams, and ensuring compliance with legislation and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, health & safety, and quality standards
Liaise with project and construction managers to align site progress with programme milestones
Interface closely with project management and client representatives to resolve technical and scheduling issues
Ensure all works are fully compliant with current legislation, specifications and security protocols
Manage resources on site to ensure efficiency, plan labour and material resources ahead of time, and manage subcontractor labour hours

Requirements:

University or Technical Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on CCGT projects
Excellent IT skills
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced use of Microsoft Office
Excellent use of English Language
Time management
Problem-solving
Organizational skills
Critical thinking
