Job Description:

The BIM Specialist at Power Design is a team player who collaborates with VDC Project Managers and other members of the preconstruction team to create innovative, detailed, installation construction plans for large-scale projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with project teams to produce accurate and cost-effective electrical coordination plans
  • Communicate and collaborate with VDC project management and the VDC team to create high quality drawings that meet project standards, milestones, and deliverables
  • Work with and prepare external documents for electrical projects

Requirements:

  • At least two years of BIM experience working with modeling programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Fabrication CADMEP
  • 3D modeling experience is preferred but not required
  • General electrical knowledge
  • Demonstrate and uphold core values which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
