Job Description:

The BIM Specialist at Power Design is a team player who collaborates with VDC Project Managers and other members of the preconstruction team to create innovative, detailed, installation construction plans for large-scale projects.

Job Responsibility:

Work with project teams to produce accurate and cost-effective electrical coordination plans
Communicate and collaborate with VDC project management and the VDC team to create high quality drawings that meet project standards, milestones, and deliverables
Work with and prepare external documents for electrical projects

Requirements:

At least two years of BIM experience working with modeling programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Fabrication CADMEP
3D modeling experience is preferred but not required
General electrical knowledge
Demonstrate and uphold core values which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth

Nice to have:

3D modeling experience
