We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to become a key member of a global-leading production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing sophisticated electrical control panels and enclosures to support accurate machine assembly. Job Responsibility
Accurately interpret and work directly from complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
Assemble and mount diverse electrical components, including circuit breakers, relays, terminal blocks, contactors, PLCs, and VFDs
Execute point-to-point wiring of control panels and power enclosures, ensuring wires are neatly routed, terminated, and labeled in compliance with UL 508A standards
Conduct continuity and functional testing during and after panel completion to verify proper operational performance
Proactively identify and report any electrical or design discrepancies to the supervisor or team lead for immediate corrective action
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in electrical panel building, machine wiring, or industrial assembly
A Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electrician, or a related field is required
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the duration of a hands-on production shift in a shop-floor environment
Proficient computer/technology skills and possession of basic hand tools, with a proven ability to safely operate power tools
Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have
An Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred
