Electrical System Installation Detailed Design. Design Equipment installation with associated Design Principles from Architecture to Detailed Design phases up to Manufacturing support and In-service activities under the relevant regulation, installation processes/methods/tools and procedures. You will work in a multidisciplinary and autonomous team with the mission of creating innovative solutions to satisfy our customers, in an environment of trust. This adventure, based on listening and mutual assistance, will allow you to develop your technical know-how around embedded systems serving the industry. In an innovative digital environment at the cutting edge of technology, you will join a dynamic department in charge of the integration of electrical assemblies on our platforms. Your mission will consist of carrying out 3D studies for the integration of equipment in a DMU (Digital Mock Up) environment so that the safety and reliability of our helicopters are ensured.

Job Responsibility:

  • 3D creation of electrical equipment installation with CATIA V5
  • Studies and positioning of equipment’s and supports
  • 3D creation of interface drawings with the surrounding environment
  • Creation of manufacturing drawings for parts and equipment assemblies in 2D (CATIA V5)
  • Impact analysis in the event of modification
  • Interface with other departments / professions within the design office
  • Production support whether on the assembly line or in production centers
  • Guarantor of the QUALITY approach
  • Business trips are potentially expected (two to three per year)

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Técnico Superior in the field of engineering/aeronautics or a related discipline
  • Equipment installation in a 3D environment
  • Creation of drawings for production
  • Usage of a DMU and 3D environment
  • Mastery of CATIA V5 software
  • Knowledge of the installation regulations for electrical equipment and devices in the aeronautical environment
  • You like working in a complex environment and accepting changes in priorities
  • Ability to step back and have an overview of a project
  • Soft Skills: methodology and rigor, team spirit and dynamism, transparent communication, having a positive attitude even in times of difficulty (being constructive), knowing how to work on a plateau
  • Language skills: Negotiation level in Spanish and advanced level in English and / or French
