Job Description:

Permanent part-time position working Monday to Friday 25 hours per week (5 hrs daily). Start work from 7:00am - 8:30am (can be flexible with start time up until 8:30am). As our Postie based in Charleville, you’ll be operating and delivering on our 3-Wheeled Electric Delivery Vehicles as the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting Australians every single day. You’ll be working autonomously out on-the-road, interacting with others and being a team player.

Job Responsibility:

Start day early sorting mail and small parcels with teammates
Complete daily vehicle safety check
Load vehicle with deliveries for the day
Deliver outdoors in all types of weather to homes and businesses
Work with experienced Rider Mentors for professional development

Requirements:

Hold a full or probationary QLD drivers licence with a good driving history
Successfully pass mandatory vehicle training and assessment upon employment
Flexible with finishing times and working additional hours if required
Good memory, great hand/eye coordination, and excellent attention to detail for sorting mail
Enjoy physical work indoors and outdoors and can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly
Meet safe working vehicle load limit of weighing under 120kgs fully clothed (including helmet)
