Responsible for supervising the overall operation of a program, including multiple projects for one client, and implementing a clear line of communication between sales and technical operations. In addition, the Program Manager serves as a consultative resource for all existing and potential clients and may participate in presentations as required. This role is responsible for budget management, cost management, scope management, risk, change management, and issue management for each assigned project and/or program. The Program Manager will mentor and train team members. The Program Manager (field staff) will be required to travel to client project sites.
Job Responsibility:

Implement a clear line of communication between sales and technical operations
Serve as a consultative resource for all existing and potential clients
Participate in presentations as required

Mentor and train team members
Travel to client project sites
Manage every aspect of the lifecycle of the program including consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments, and developers
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
Execute proposal development of client and project/program specific scopes of work
Direct interface with sales staff to assure client’s expectations and needs are met
Utilize web-based project management tools
Dictate to the team the program’s standards and procedures
Serve as the main point-of-contact with client during the execution of projects and programs
Prepare progress reports to share with client
Assure client satisfaction and goals are met through timely responsiveness and feedback
Attend meetings with Sales team and client
Facilitate communication across work streams and projects to minimize disruption to the organization of program/project implementation
Manage programs within budget and on-time, while providing high client satisfaction
Manage field staff and staff’s schedule
Be involved in developing new service offerings
Create and develop report templates
Perform technical reviews of deliverables for technical accuracy, client expectations, compliance of scope and consistency
Review and evaluate work progress, identify problems, and provide technical direction and guidance to assigned staff
Act as technical lead, providing guidance and technical direction for field staff
Support the department’s recruiting activities through resume review, phone screens, interviews, and selection of candidates for field staff roles
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Protect operations by keeping company information confidential

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field
minimum of five to seven years of related experience
Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Proficient in operating a computer, having knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software
Ability to operate an electronic tablet in the field for live data collection
