Electric Operations Resource Coordinator III

• Coordinate and schedule electric distribution line construction projects, ensuring timely delivery to internal and external crews
• Collaborate closely with supervisors to optimize workforce availability and geographic efficiency in project execution
• Prepare and provide comprehensive project documentation, including job cards, drawings, material orders, and required paperwork to contractors
• Monitor and manage the backlog of work to ensure projects are completed within established timelines
• Balance and allocate internal and external resources effectively to meet both short-term and long-term operational needs
• Identify risks related to scheduling, resource constraints, and material availability, and propose actionable solutions
• Facilitate construction meetings with stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimal scheduling
• Oversee the prioritization of maintenance and contingency work to maximize operational efficiency
• Support divisional reliability activities by scheduling and tracking progress to meet organizational goals
• Review and monitor project team activities to ensure proper use of materials, tools, and adherence to schedules

• Associate degree from a technical school is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably in the utility industry
• senior-level candidates should have 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• experience with Infor systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of scheduling operations, project management, and program coordination
• Familiarity with electrical overhead and underground line work
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills
• Ability to independently manage project teams and influence stakeholders to support policies and processes
• Experience in optimizing resources and implementing construction practices effectively
