5+ years of professional experience in UX design
Proven experience designing complex B2B applications
Experience in industrial, technical, or similarly complex environments is strongly preferred
Strong ability to design for complex workflows, high information density, and multiple user groups
Good understanding of UX best practices, principles, and patterns, with the ability to apply them in real product contexts
Strong skills in interaction design, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design
Experience working in an agile environment, ideally with a Lean UX mindset
Experience working a design system
Experience with user research and validation methods, such as interviews, usability testing, workshops, and iterative feedback loops
Good understanding of collaboration with front-end developers and the design-to-development handover process

Job Responsibility

Support UX projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process
Design user flows, interaction concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Translate complex technical and process-related requirements into intuitive and efficient user experiences
Rapidly iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, technical constraints, and business needs
Work with the existing design system to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across products
Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment
Support developers during implementation by explaining design decisions, preparing handovers, and reviewing implemented interfaces and components
Present design concepts and decisions clearly and confidently to different audiences, including business and technical stakeholders
Manage stakeholder input effectively and build alignment across teams with different priorities and perspectives
Contribute to the application and continuous improvement of the Bühler Design System
