In this role, you’ll start each day early as part of a supportive delivery team, preparing mail and small parcels at the facility before heading out for delivery. You’ll complete daily vehicle safety checks, load your deliveries, and carry out reliable deliveries to homes and businesses, with safety and consistency guiding every step. You’ll be supported by experienced Rider Mentors who are actively invested in your development, providing hands-on guidance and coaching to help you build confidence, capability and long-term success. Requirements
Comfortable meeting licensing and practical assessment requirements (training provided)
Flexible to support additional hours when needed
Detail-focused and reliable, handling mail and parcels up to 16kg
Able to meet safety requirements, including the role's safe working load limit (115kgs or less)
Keen to learn and progress, with development pathways into senior delivery or frontline leadership roles.
