Job Description:

As an assembler/wireman, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and mounting electrical components, as well as lifting parts and using power tools. You will also test the prepared products and prepare them for final inspection. This position is within a large manufacturing and distribution company offering room for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Assemble products based on oral and/or written instructions (from Computer program)
Follow established procedures
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Maintain high quality standards by inspecting and testing products
Prepare finished products for shipment
Daily use of hand tools and measurement devices
Work in a diverse and busy team environment
Lift 35lbs repetitively at times
Work in a fast paced manner using a proactive approach
Work in a warehouse setting picking and packing orders
Utilize reach trucks to move product through warehouse
Load and unload trucks
Comfortable with Electrical diagrams/drawings

Requirements:

Previous work experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
Hand tools experience
Ability to handle heavy lifting 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Safety boot
Autonomous and punctual
Car is required due to lack of public transit access
