Job Description

Our client is in need of individuals who are bilingual in Spanish to work as election support for the upcoming November election. Deliver high-quality customer service by guiding voters through the voting process, providing clear explanations, and assisting with any questions or concerns while maintaining professionalism and impartiality. Assist with setup and breakdown of polling site equipment, provide technical support for voting machines, maintain confidentiality and integrity of election processes, support site administrators with logistical needs, and ensure compliance with election procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by guiding voters through the voting process, providing clear explanations, and assisting with any questions or concerns while maintaining professionalism and impartiality
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of polling site equipment, including voting machines and signage
  • Provide technical support for voting machines, ensuring proper functionality during operating hours
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all election processes and voter information
  • Support site administrators with logistical needs, such as managing supplies or responding to crowd control concerns
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal election procedures

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or public-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with voters
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Basic clerical and organizational skills to assist with voting procedures
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are an asset
  • Comfortable with light lifting and physical tasks as needed
