Job Description:

One-night overnight assignment supporting Election Night operations for the Chicago Board of Elections. Hands-on role supporting the unloading and processing of election equipment as materials are returned to the facility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Unloading election equipment and materials from trucks
  • Moving and organizing voting machines and supply bins
  • Sorting and staging materials in designated areas
  • Assisting with inventory tracking and verification
  • Following strict chain-of-custody and handling procedures
  • Supporting warehouse-style logistics operations
  • Working as part of a coordinated team to ensure smooth intake operations

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift equipment/materials
