Requirements:

  • E-learning Development Expertise: Proven experience in creating blended learning content, including online modules (e.g. Articulate Storyline and Rise) and classroom materials (via PowerPoint)
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to independently develop learning content using your own equipment and deliver polished solutions without requiring micro-management
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing end-to-end development, from storyboarding to final delivery, ensuring content meets regulatory standards and business needs
  • Communication & Collaboration: Capable of working remotely while maintaining clear communication with the team, including attending monthly in-person meetings when required
